Get Confirmation ID

Self-service CID for Phone Activation licenses — verify your purchase, then generate your Confirmation ID.

One Confirmation ID per license key

Each product key includes only one CID generation. Copy and save your Confirmation ID immediately — we store it securely so you can view it again with the same order details, but we cannot generate a second CID for the same key. Contact support if activation fails.

How to get your Installation ID

  1. Open any Office app (Word, Excel, etc.).
  2. Go to File → Account (or Help on older versions).
  3. Choose Activate by telephone or Change product key → phone activation.
  4. Copy the Installation ID — 9 groups of 7 digits.
  5. Paste it below, then enter your Confirmation ID when generated.

  • • For Phone Activation licenses only (not Online or Email Bind).
  • • Use the email and order number from your purchase confirmation.
  • • Enter the license key exactly as delivered.
  • • Payment must be completed — we verify against our records.
  • • One CID per license key — already generated? Enter order + email + key to retrieve it (Installation ID optional).
