- The license key does not activate after following our activation guide
- You received a duplicate or invalid key
- The product was not delivered within 24 hours of payment
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not available if:

- The issue is caused by incompatible hardware or software
- More than 7 days have passed since the purchase date
How to Request a Refund
